Hundred-days of speed

Appointed as Vice-Chancellor of the University of Dschang on the 15^th of September 2015 by the Head of State, H.E Paul Biya, Prof Roger Tsafack Nanfosso was officially installed on the 23^rd of September by Prof Jacques Fame Ndongo, Minister of Higher Education and Chancellor of Academic Orders. He marked the 100^th day in office on the 1^st of January 2016 as head of this bilingual institution implanted in six of the ten regions of the country. Although this time may not be considered as sufficient to have a perfect mastery of the University, it could however be considered as a crucial period of strategic planning and implementation of tools necessary for the success of the institution. Within his first 100 days in office, Prof Nanfosso in his process of mastering the University has been very innovative in his managerial skills. His actions have generally been geared towards mobilizing the entire university community to confidently meet up with the objectives of UDs. This was done rapidly, as can be seen in this document which brings out diverse aspects of the new university governance though limited to some major events. Enjoy Reading.
